Privacy Policy

We collect account information such as your name, email address, password credentials, authentication settings, timezone, and selected theme. Financial values are currently modeled in U.S. dollars.

We collect trading journal information that you choose to add or import, including trades, executions, symbols, prices, quantities, fees, notes, tags, reviews, attachments, bucket organization, and broker CSV import metadata.

We may collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, authentication events, security events, and server logs.

We use your information to provide the product, authenticate your account, process imports, calculate analytics, preserve workspace settings, send account emails, troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and protect the service from abuse.

EarlySignal Tracker is a trading analytics and journaling tool. We do not use your trading journal data to provide personalized investment advice.

We use cookies and similar local storage technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, support security features, and operate the application. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but disabling them may prevent the app from working correctly.

We do not sell your personal information or trading journal data. We may share limited information with service providers that help us operate EarlySignal Tracker, such as hosting, database, email, authentication, monitoring, and security providers.

Depending on the active Smart Import rollout, AI may map a CSV schema before local parsing or may run only when tested local parsers cannot recognize an unfamiliar file. Exact structural headers and a bounded, redacted sample of trading data such as symbols, prices, quantities, and dates may be sent to OpenAI or the configured AI provider. We redact obvious personal information and request provider storage be disabled with store: false, but sampled trading data still leaves EarlySignal. AI returns mapping metadata only; local code parses and validates the executions.

We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, to investigate misuse, or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information. No internet service can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so you should use a strong password and enable available account security features.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records. You can delete your account from the application where that feature is available, or contact us for help with account deletion.

Smart Import preview plans expire after 15 minutes and expired normalized trading data is cleared by a cleanup job that runs approximately every 15 minutes. User-scoped Smart Import schema mappings are removed after 90 days without use and are deleted with the account. Security audit events are retained for up to one year; IP addresses and user-agent details are removed after 30 days. Account deletion immediately removes those network details and the user link from retained audit events.

You can update profile settings, manage workspace data, export information where available, delete content, and close your account. You may also contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal and security limits.

EarlySignal Tracker is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the product or by email.
