EarlySignal Tracker is a trading journal and analytics application. You may use the service only if you can form a binding agreement and comply with these Terms and applicable laws.

You are responsible for the information you enter, import, upload, or otherwise provide to the service, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

EarlySignal Tracker provides recordkeeping, analytics, statistics, and workflow tools. The service does not provide investment, financial, tax, legal, or accounting advice, and it does not recommend that you buy, sell, hold, or trade any security, instrument, asset, or strategy.

Trading involves risk, including the possible loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and for evaluating whether any analysis is suitable for your circumstances.

You agree to provide accurate account information and to keep it current. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You retain ownership of the trade records, notes, tags, files, and other content you provide. You grant EarlySignal Tracker the limited permission needed to host, process, display, back up, secure, and analyze that content so we can operate and improve the service.

You represent that you have the rights needed to upload or import any information you provide, including data exported from brokers or other third-party services.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, upload malicious code, violate others' rights, or use the service for unlawful activity.

The service may depend on third-party providers for hosting, authentication, email, analytics, or other infrastructure. We are not responsible for third-party services, broker platforms, market data sources, or the accuracy of data exported from those services.

We aim to keep EarlySignal Tracker reliable, but the service may be unavailable from time to time for maintenance, updates, outages, or reasons outside our control. We may modify, add, or remove features as the product evolves.

If paid plans or features are offered, pricing, billing, renewal, and cancellation details will be presented at purchase or in the applicable account area. You are responsible for any taxes or charges associated with paid use of the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, reliability, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EarlySignal Tracker and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for trading losses, lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from use of the service.

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for the service or other users, or if we discontinue the service.

We may update these Terms as the service changes. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice in the product or by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
